Our Fair Chance Hiring Cohort Program Director, Stephanie Dolan, was featured on the Hustler Flies Podcast with Lisa Reilly. Through our Fair Chance Hiring initiative, we've now convened our second cohort of employers working to successfully hire and retain individuals with criminal records.

"I think businesses know that practice change isn't easy and culture change isn't easy. That's why we developed this cohort so they have the chance to learn best practices and hear from companies who have done this. When the companies who have done this and done it well, come in and share their learnings with our cohort members, it's not all rainbows, right? They share the hard lessons they learned and the things they did wrong to be able to get to where they are today." says Stephanie Dolan, Program Director for Fair Chance Hiring.
