The Corporation Coalition is partnering with Just Act Partners to execute Invest Together, a new exploratory effort to identify Chicago employers who might be willing to move jobs to the South and West sides, and then matching those employers with development projects seeking corporate tenants.
Just Act Partners is a consultancy led by Juatise Gathings & Matt Johanson, former Discover executives that were driving forces behind the startup of Discover’s acclaimed Chatham Customer Care Center. That initiative has brought more than 500 jobs to the south side and has served as a model for business diversity and deep, meaningful community engagement.
