“What we try do at the Corporate Coalition is be a bridge for the employers to the workforce agencies, to those who are seeking employment opportunities and being able to say it’s going to take all of us to transform the way in which our city is going to move toward becoming more economically thriving and making sure everyone has an equal access to the jobs” said our Program Director, Marcos Gonzales.

Marcos and our Fair Chance Hiring as well as our Generation Work initiatives were featured on the Hustler Flies Podcast with Lisa Reilly. Through our initiatives, we bring together companies, experts, researchers, and community institutions to find new ways for businesses to lead on equity and build a regional economy that works for everyone. We work with our corporate members to looking inward to identify what they can do to change their processes - Fair Chance Hiring and Generation Work are two examples within workforce.
